Cancellation Policy
Your peace of mind is important to us! Cancellations made 30 days before your booking are eligible for a full refund, allowing you the flexibility to change your plans if needed. If you need to cancel within 14 days of your booking, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Please note that cancellations made after 13 days are non-refundable. We encourage you to plan ahead for an enjoyable and worry-free stay in beautiful San Pedro, Belize!

During your stay, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the unit. A fee of $500 USD will be charged for any violations. This fee covers the costs of a deep clean, which includes washing all linens, and wiping down the walls, floors, and ceilings.
Additional rules
We know you’re on vacation but there are a few things that will make your stay as pleasant as possible.
1. We want to provide you with the crispiest comfiest white sheets and towels, but we need your help. Please don’t use our towels to clean the floors or other items. Please remove your makeup when you’re ready for bed. We appreciate it. If our towels or sheets are stained during your stay, there will be a fee of $20 USD per towel and $50 USD per sheet.
2. If you lose the keys to my home, you will unfortunately be charged for the entire replacement of locks ($75 USD). For everyone’s safety, we cannot have a set of guest keys missing.
3. We respect all guests in our building, and for that reason we do not allow parties or gatherings. There is a quiet period between 9pm-8am.
4. Only registered guests are allowed in the building.
5. Above all, we hope you feel all the love and warmth Belize has to offer. Enjoy!
Before you leave
To ensure a smooth departure and help us prepare for future guests, please follow these simple steps:
- Turn Things Off: Make sure to turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning before you leave.
- Lock Up: Remember to lock all doors and windows to secure the property.
- Return Keys to the Lockbox: Please place the keys back in the lockbox where you found them.
